You will need to complete one licence application per rented property or House in Multiple Occupation.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

2 How many separate households live at the property?
( For Selective licensing, a household can be a single person, 2 individuals sharing or one related family For other licensing, to be a considered an HMO, the household composition has got to be a minimum of 3 people forming 2 or more unrelated households sharing a facility
